Rosemary Wong Yieng Ching

​Rosemary Wong is a Certified Advanced Behavioural Consultant by Institute for Motivational Living, USA and Certified Career Coach by The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, ITOL UK and International Coaching Federation, USA. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Major in Mathematics, Minor in Physics) and Solutions, Malaysia.

Prior to her appointment as a trainer, Rosemary has 15 years of teaching experience in private institutions for Degree, Diploma and Foundation level, specializing in Mathematics and 10 years of working experience as GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) trainer. She has been appointed to train and coached hundreds of students from different companies, varies from Petronas, UEM, Giat MARA, Maxis, CIMB and also overseas’ students mainly from Australia and UK to enrol into MBA programs. To date, at least 10% of her students successfully admitted to MBA programs in Harvard, Oxford, Stanford, Princeton and Cambridge University, scoring above 700. Her coachees commented that Rose is a very creative teacher whose class students always look forward to! She has a way to infuse fun into boring subjects and tailor her teaching style to meet the learning needs of her students to help them achieve learning and performance goals. She has an enviable knack of making difficult topics easy to understand.

The past two years Rose has embark into corporate training. She has trained many from SMEs, MNCs and NGOs such as Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), MSD Asia Pacific. She has been using her newfound skills in coaching and behavioural science to enable her learners and motivates them according to their natural strengths and help them identify their potential behavioural limitations and create the best environment for her participants base on their learning style and learning needs.
